When visiting hotpads.com, you can search apartments, rental houses, and real estate. You can also inquire about properties right from your mobile device! Additionally, you can save your searches and favorites and even share a property with family and friends!
You can start searching right away through the HotPads homepage's location box. You may also sign in through the “Sign in / register” link in the top-right portion of your screen. Through the hamburger menu, you can set up alerts and view your activity on your dashboard.
Once you've started your search, the list will populate with listings that encompass your criteria. You can choose the Map feature at the bottom of your screen, too. To choose additional specifications, modify the parameters using the Filters tab at the bottom of your screen. Here, you'll choose your price range, number of beds and baths, options for pets, property types and square footage!
Lastly, under the Advanced Filter Options link, you can enter keywords to view listings with text such as “furnished,” “pool” or “garage.” Within this filter, you'll also choose options such as the age of listings, transit options and you may also enter exclusions.
